Questions people ask
Is eServiz a government service?
No. eServiz is a private company. We connect you with verified government officers and licensed brokers who handle the errand, and we hold your payment until you approve the work.
When is the officer or broker paid?
Only after you approve. Your M-Pesa payment waits in escrow; if you do not respond within 72 hours of the work being marked done, it releases automatically.
What if something goes wrong?
Open the request and tap Dispute. The money stays in escrow while our team reviews it, and we refund to your eServiz wallet if the work was not done.
Do I need an account?
No. Your phone number is your ID. Track any request with its number and the phone you paid with, or create an account to keep everything in one place.
How do I get updates?
By SMS at every step, and by email if you give us an address. You can switch either off under Me › Settings.
Can I work as a broker or officer?
Yes. Apply on the Work with us page and upload your ID; we verify every partner before they can take a job.
