Terms of service

What eServiz does

eServiz is a private service that arranges for verified government officers and licensed brokers to carry out errands at government offices on your behalf. We are not a government body.

Prices and payment

Each service shows a fixed price made up of the government fee and our service charge. You pay by M-Pesa. Your payment is held in escrow and released to the people who did the work only when you approve, or automatically 72 hours after the work is marked done if you do not respond.

Disputes and refunds

If the work was not done as described, raise a dispute from the request before approving. The money stays in escrow while we review it. Refunds are paid to your eServiz wallet and can be withdrawn to M-Pesa.

Your part

Give accurate details and genuine documents. Government decisions (for example, whether a transfer is approved) are made by the agency, not by eServiz.

Partners

Officers and brokers must be verified before taking jobs, must not ask customers for extra payments, and are paid only through eServiz.
